Yorktoberfest 2025

🍻 Yorktoberfest returns for its 5th year this October with five lively sessions of Bavarian-themed celebration at the Clocktower Enclosure, York Racecourse.

Step into a fully-decorated, heated marquee for a packed programme of live entertainment, German food and drink, and plenty of chances to dress up and dance.

Here’s what’s on for visitors:

• 🎶 Live oompah band – The internationally-acclaimed Bavarian Strollers will get the party going with thigh-slapping classics, Bavarian table dancing, singalongs and feel-good disco hits.
• 🌟 Velma Celli live – Back by popular demand, the UK’s Queen of live vocal drag brings big vocals, outrageous humour and infectious energy to every session.
• 🍺 Bavarian Bar – Serving steins of beer from Brew York, plus cider, spirits, prosecco, wines, shots and soft drinks.
• 🌭 The Dog Haus – A full menu of German-inspired eats including bratwurst, currywurst, schnitzel, fries, vegan options, pretzels and apple strudel with chocolate sauce.
• 🎉 Party atmosphere – Long shared tables, live performances, drinking games, toasts and a fully immersive Oktoberfest experience.
• 👗 Fancy dress encouraged – Lederhosen and dirndls are welcome, with prizes for the best outfits.
• 🔥 All-weather comfort – The marquee is fully floored and heated, with modern toilet facilities just a short walk away.
• 🕒 Five sessions – Choose from afternoon and evening time slots on 18, 24 & 25 October.
• 🎟️ Ticket options – £25 standard (unreserved seat) or £35 VIP (reserved table near the stage with table service). Tables of six available.
